These are average times for delivery for our already existing customers. Orders may also be delayed by a day or two due to Auspost congestions, however since we ship express you should receive your order without delay.  NSW 1-2 Business days, VIC 1-3 Business days, QLD 1-3 Business days, TAS 3-5 Business days , NT 3-5 Business days, SA 2-4 Business days and WA 2-4.

Once your order has been posted, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you with a refund. We only accept replacements on items we deem defective and this is dealt with on a case by case basis, If there is any issues it is best to reach out to us via email first so that we can rectify it.
