Refunds


Once your order has been posted, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
Replacements
We only accept replacements on items we deem defective and this is dealt with on a case by case basis, If there is any issues it is best to reach out to us via email first so that we can rectify it.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Exchanges


Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges.

Shipping returns


To return your product, you should mail your product to and address we have given you once you have made contact with us ONLY.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
